Concurrent users, Perpetual license & Addition of users

Concurrent Users: Means unlimited no. of users can be created with different rights under one Hotel in every option but limited no. of users will be allowed to login simultaneously.  For example, if 5 concurrent users' option is chosen, maximum 5 users of that particular hotel will be able to login at any particular time simultaneously, 6th person will have to wait till one of the 5 already logged in, logs out. So if the employee working on many terminals together, an adequate/higher no. of concurrent users' option should be chosen so that the working is not hampered at peak hours.

*The no. of guests entries is not restricted.

Even in single user option, the hotel can work for unlimited guests, software will not restrict anywhere.

 

Perpetual license option come with a perpetual license agreement by default which is free of license renewal cost year by year for life.

 

Addition of concurrent users: More users can be added anytime
